Growing up in construction, Dmitriy always dreamed of building a family business based on the joy of craftsmanship. He spent his youth helping relatives with hardwood and home improvements, promising himself that his children would one day run a business they could be proud of. When his first son was born with special needs, Dmitriy put that dream on hold for eight years to focus entirely on his family.
